Scenes Mostakbal City

Scenes is a residential compound by Tatweer Misr in Mostakbal City, located between New Cairo’s Golden Square and the New Administrative Capital.

Scenes offers three types of homes across four models: Middle Townhouse, Corner Townhouse, Twin Villa and Standalone Villa.

The four models range from 158 to 195 m² in built area. Each model has three floors — ground, first and second — with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a guest bathroom.

The Middle Townhouse has a built area of 158 m², while the Corner Townhouse measures 168 m² and includes a family room. The Twin Villa measures 175 m² and also includes a family room. The Standalone Villa measures 195 m² and has three master bedrooms.

The stated built area is the combined area of the three floors and does not include the land or garden area.

Scenes Mostakbal City Masterplan

The Scenes masterplan shows the overall layout of the community and the way its different areas are arranged. The masterplan drawing uses numbered markers from SC1 to SC9 to identify different parts of the project.
